CEO Lyndsey Simpson was interviewed by Becky Wilson from Recruitment International about The Curve Group winning the award for ‘Most Innovative Recruitment Company’.
In the article Lyndsey discusses how The Curve Group was originally set up 14 years ago, still remains privately owned and how we have grown our turnover to £16 million this past year.
The award recognises our commitment to transforming our client’s talent attraction methodologies. As part of our service, we deliver two innovative initiatives to ensure we support our clients attract and retain the best talent in the market: Magnet for Talent© and Employee Stickability©.
Looking ahead to the next few years, The Curve Group has no plans to stand still when it comes to being an innovative company. Lyndsey revealed that the company has two new initiatives that are gathering real pace – Project Outsourcing and Workforce Transformation.
Lyndsey also confirmed that we will be opening a second back office in Milton Keynes to support our continued growth and that we will be entering the RI Awards in 2018 as it gives us a great opportunity for The Curve Group to work together and recognise our collective achievements: ‘Our response is always a team effort, asking what people would like to share and be included in the submission. This means we get to stop for a moment and reflect on all the great things we’ve on all the great things we’ve been doing as a company. It’s really important, it gives our teams a real boost as they’ve been recognised and it is also great for our clients, as they know they’re working with a great company.’
