MIP Diagnostics Appoints The Curve Group As HR Outsource Partner
9th February 2021: The Curve Group, the UK’s largest privately-owned Recruitment and HR outsourcing and consultancy provider is delighted to confirm that it has been appointed by MIP Diagnostics as their HR Outsource Partner.
MIP Diagnostics is the market leader in nanoscale Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (nanoMIPs) for in-vitro diagnostic and other healthcare applications. nanoMIPs act as ‘synthetic antibodies’ in diagnostic devices to enable the diagnosis of a vast range of medical conditions and infectious disease, including COVID-19. nanoMIPs are also used to detect or enrich target molecules and remove interferents in healthcare and other applications where robustness, supply security and lot to lot consistency are important. In July 2020, MIP Diagnostics secured £5.1m in funding to expand their commercial operations and production, accelerating growth within the In Vitro Diagnostics sector.
As MIP Diagnostic’s HR Outsource Partner, The Curve Group will provide the business with a blended HR Outsource solution, embedding scalable HR infrastructure, software and robust HR processes to drive efficiencies and support the business as it continues to grow.
The solution will include day to day HR Administration for all employees spanning the entire employee lifecycle – from screening and onboarding administration right the way through to exit process administration. The solution will also provide Leaders and Line Managers with access to The Curve Group’s expert HR and Employee Relations Advice Service.
