From April 2020, the IR35 off payroll rules currently operating in the public sector will apply to medium & large sized companies in the private sector too.  Contractors, personal service companies (PSC), agencies and clients could all be affected by the implementation of the IR35 legislation.

According to The Office of National Statistics, the contingent workforce makes up 24% of the UK labour force. This is predicted to rise to 30% by 2020.
