The Curve Group, one of the UK’s fastest growing Recruitment and HR outsourcing companies, announces today that it has signed a new 5 year contract with existing partner IESA to provide them with an expanded Recruitment Process Outsource (RPO) solution for a further 5 years.
IESA is an international industrial Business Process Outsourcing organisation that provides integrated supply chain solutions ranging from procurement, finance and operations, through an award-winning, cloud based technology platform. IESA has experienced significant and exponential growth over recent years, and has recently joined Electocomponents plc. – a move which increased the importance of attracting, retaining and engaging the best Talent in the market to enable the realisation of the business’ ambitious growth targets.
The Curve Group has been delivering an RPO to IESA since 2013. The new 5 year contract will see the scope of services provided by The Curve Group expanded significantly to include the delivery of recruitment activities for the graduate LIFT programme and Apprenticeship schemes as well as provision of overseas recruitment across Europe, supporting IESA with their international expansion.
