Gatehouse Bank Extends RPO Partnership With The Curve Group For A Seventh Consecutive Year
2nd October 2025 – The Curve Group has today announced the continuation of its long-standing partnership with Gatehouse Bank, with the Bank having extended the term of its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution for the seventh consecutive year.
Since the collaboration began in 2018, The Curve Group’s tailored RPO solution has enhanced Gatehouse Bank’s hiring capability, enabling the successful recruitment of over 400 new hires.
Gatehouse Bank is an ethical, UK challenger bank, offering Shariah-compliant savings products for UK customers and residential property financing for homebuyers and landlords based in the UK and overseas.
The Curve Group’s RPO solution provides the Bank with end-to-end recruitment process management for all new hires, enhancing candidate experience and securing high quality talent for the business. As part of the partnership, Curve also provides extensive market insights, Hiring Manager training and workforce planning to ensure the consistent delivery of Gatehouse Bank’s talent, including business critical, competitive and in-demand positions, including Underwriters and Direct Advisors.
