UK based Gatehouse Bank offers savings products and finance for UK commercial and residential real estate, in addition to sourcing and advising on UK real estate investments with a focus on the ‘build to rent’ sector. The Shariah compliant challenger bank has highly ambitious growth plans and plans to add ‘regulated home finance’ to its expanding product portfolio. The rapid growth experienced by the Bank has led to them opening up a new customer service centre in Milton Keynes earlier this year in order to accommodate their growing team.
Under the new contract, The Curve Group will provide a comprehensive HR solution encompassing all aspects of Talent Management from advising their Head of HR on the overarching People Strategy, undertaking HR administration, providing dedicated first line support for all employees, recruitment and onboarding activities and delivering learning and development solutions. The end-to-end solution is underpinned by a robust account management model and a focus on continuous improvement.
