8th November 2022: The Curve Group, a leading provider of Recruitment and HR outsource solutions in the UK, is excited to confirm that their ongoing Recruitment Process Outsource service for The Confederation of British Industry (CBI) was recently extended by a further 12-months.
The CBI is the UK’s premier business organisation, providing a voice for firms at a regional, national and international level. The CBI speaks on behalf of every sector in the economy. Their membership includes firms and trade associations, representing 190,000 businesses and almost seven million employed people.
The Curve Group were initially engaged by The CBI in June 2021 to deliver a recruitment project to fulfil a cohort of brand-new Senior leadership vacancies linked to the launch of The CBI’s 2021-25: Seize the Moment strategy. Following successful delivery of the project and onboarding of 30 new team members, The CBI appointed The Curve Group as their Recruitment Process Outsource partner to manage all hiring across the organisation.
Following 12 months of successful management of the end-to-end recruitment process, during which time processes have been improved, as has the recruitment experience for candidates and Hiring Managers, The CBI extended the term of the partnership by a further 12 months.
