The accreditation is external recognition of our excellent Learning and Development capabilities and demonstrates the high quality of our contemporary and engaging leadership development programmes, which focus on improving leadership practice in line with The Institute’s own industry standards and best practices.
The accreditation applies to both our external and internal Leadership Development Programmes so both our clients and our own staff members receive valuable opportunities to develop their leadership capabilities. Accredited modules within the leadership development programmes include managing change, diversity and inclusion, creating high performing teams and managing talent.
