The Belfield Group Appoints The Curve Group as Recruitment Outsource Partner
20th April 2021: The Curve Group, the UK’s largest privately-owned Recruitment and HR outsourcing and consultancy provider, is delighted to announce today they have been appointed by The Belfield Group as their recruitment outsource partner in a 2-year deal.
The Belfield Group is one of the UK’s leading upholstery and mattress designer and manufacturers, producing many of the white label and branded sofas, armchairs, mattresses and bedding systems sold by the UK’s largest retailers, both in-store and online. They employ c.1,800 people across 5 businesses (Tetrad, Westbridge, Usleep, Clinchplain and Belfield Home and Leisure) and 12 twelve sites in the UK and Romania.
As The Belfield Group’s recruitment outsource partner, The Curve Group will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent hires and day rate contractors across the group, for both internal support and senior factory operation roles. The outsource includes management of direct hires, referrals, internal mobility and coordination of a preferred supplier list for permanent hires, as well as the establishment of a re-negotiated supplier list for temporary workers.
