  • We start with an initial consultation to listen and understand more about your business requirements, so we can help to determine which services would be most suitable
  • We define the scope of the recommended service, your operational requirements, the length of the engagement and the relevant associated fees

2. Embed Your Service

  • Once you have approved the scope, your service will be launched, giving you immediate access to the expertise you need
  • The dedicated delivery team will be fully trained, deployed and embedded into your business – we can support with internal comms and service guides during implementation to ensure your inhouse employees are engaged and kept well-informed
  • You’ll have regular service reviews with your dedicated account lead – they will act as your point of contact to oversee your account, answer any questions you have, and ensure seamless delivery. During your reviews they will analyse your usage data to identify whether you could benefit from any service adjustments or additional projects

3. Ongoing Flexibility

  • Our HR Outsource solution is flexible and the service coverage can be adapted to align with your evolving business requirements as your priorities change. It can also easily scale up and down to reflect any changes in your headcount
  • If you need additional support to execute actions or deliver key HR projects out of scope of the outsource service, we can step in to do this for you on an interim project basis through our wider team. Additional charges will apply – however, as an existing customer, you would benefit from a 20% discount on our Consultancy rate card.
