Propel Appoints The Curve Group As Recruitment and HR Outsource Partner in 3 Year Deal
23rd February 2021: The Curve Group, the UK’s largest privately-owned Recruitment and HR outsourcing and consultancy provider is pleased to announce today it will be continuing its partnership with Propel, providing a blend of Recruitment and HR services to them for a further three years.
Propel was established in 1996 to provide flexible and accessible finance to SMEs across the country. Since then, they have grown to become one of the UK’s largest independent finance houses, helping more than 40,000 businesses across the UK to access finance to purchase business critical equipment quickly and easily.
Propel initially engaged The Curve Group as their Recruitment and HR partner in 2019 due to a strong alignment in values and their collaborative approach. The Curve Group have since provided Propel with Recruitment Outsource Solutions plus a number of additional services including the development of experience days for new starters; and delivery of specialist learning and development programmes for both their employees and their business partners.
As part of Propel’s rapid growth in 2020, the company welcomed over 70 new members to the team – significantly increasing the number of staff to almost 200 employees. This included the key appointments of new Relationship Directors, Partnership Managers, Account Managers and a Head of Vendor to support their ambitious plans. Their continued growth also involved opening an additional new office in Manchester.
