  • We will facilitate an initial consultation to understand your needs, level of support required, and to define your goals and objectives
  • We will then match your business with an experienced HR Director whose skillsets are aligned to your requirements and set up a chemistry meeting so you can check the fit is right – fees will be confirmed at this point

Embed Your Fractional HR Director:

  • Your HR Director will work with you to identify and schedule the preferred working pattern and will facilitate an initial detailed session to fully document and explore your requirements
  • Your HR Director will then develop a roadmap of activities and key objectives, confirming priorities and phasing. If you do not yet have an HR strategy in place, the framework for this will be developed as the first area of focus

Ongoing Flexibility:

  • Our Fractional HR Director Support is flexible – you can opt to purchase support on a short, medium or long term basis
  • The volume of time can be increased or decreased as your needs change and fluctuate – the minimum requirement is 1 day per quarter
  • If you need additional support to execute actions or deliver key HR projects, we can step in to do this for you on an interim basis through our wider team. Additional charges will apply – however, as an existing customer, you would benefit from a 10% discount on our Consultancy rate card.
