How It Works 

We keep it simple – and supportive.

Whether you’re tackling an urgent issue, want a second opinion, or need help shaping your people strategy – we are ready to guide you.

 

1. Select Your Quarterly Package 

  • Confirm how many hours of Professional Guidance you wish to purchase (minimum of 3 hours per quarter) – once agreed this will be your quarterly contract amount
  • Use the time how and when you need it – in one go or across multiple queries within the quarter
  • Add on an hour of Executive Coaching if you want to, designed to support your personal effectiveness, career development and leadership capabilities. If Coaching is added, you will have access to 1 hour a quarter for the duration of your contract with us

2. Access Expert Support 

  • Drop us an email or give us a call – we’ll triage your needs and connect you to the right consultant to discuss your needs within 1 working day
  • Our expert team will provide the support you need – whether that’s a second opinion, strategic input, validation of HR plans or documents, or help navigating complex people matters
  • Guidance and Coaching is typically delivered remotely However, if in-person support is preferred, we’re happy to work with you to make it happen – travel time would be accounted for within the hours and expenses recharged at cost

3. Ongoing Flexibility

  • If you need additional time from the Professional Guidance team, further hours can be purchased and added to your quarterly balance on an ad-hoc or ongoing basis
  • If you need support to execute actions or deliver key HR projects, we can step in to do this for you on an interim basis through our wider team. Additional charges will apply – however, as an existing customer, you would benefit from a 10% discount on our Consultancy rate card
