Our sample Onboarding Audit will provide a high-level analysis of your current onboarding practices for new starters in your business. It will include an audit of your process from when you make an offer to a successful candidate, through their first day in your business, at which point your induction processes would commence.

How To Apply
To apply for our free Sample Onboarding Audit, your business must meet the following criteria:
- Have between 100-4000 employees
- Onboard at least 50 new starters per year
- Be based in the UK
- Agree to share information relating to onboarding activities. This will include but not be limited to: any relevant process maps setting out your step-by-step onboarding process, any documentation / checklists utilised internally, any documentation or information shared with new starters, information relating to any external platforms or providers used during the onboarding process.
The audit will be completed remotely, and the results presented back to relevant senior decision makers in person, at a UK office location of your choice.
