We have been supporting one professional institution for over 4 years now, providing flexible recruitment support to suit their changing business requirements, we’ve worked with this organisation on an OnDemand, Recruitment Project and Recruitment Outsource basis.
Initially, we were engaged to provide a 4 month project to support the internal HR team with filling a backlog of new to market and hard-to-fill vacancies. After extending this support twice, our client engaged us to provide a full Recruitment Process Outsource solution, as the business was expanding at pace and the internal team did not have capacity to manage the workload.
Our Outsource solution allowed our client to achieve headcount targets during this rapid period of growth. We delivered:
- Recruitment support for all roles from Apprentices to Directors, managing all sourcing channels to include the external market and internal mobility
- Pipelined candidates with niche skill-sets, keeping this pool of talent engaged to lower time-to-hire when relevant vacancies arose
- Analysis and revision of existing recruitment processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Introduction of DEIB surveys to ensure the business was measurable and a diverse talent pool could be provided for each role
- Reduced time to hire, from an average of 80 days to 35 days
When the organisation’s growth slowed, we transitioned to an OnDemand recruitment partner, working as their sole agency supplier.
To date we have filled over 180 positions across all seniority levels.
