- A Case Based Approach provides access for all of your Line Managers to the HR and Employee Relations advice service, however, they would be limited as to the types of issues and cases that they can use the service for guidance and support on.
- A Full-Service Approach is the most common approach preferred by our customers, as it enables all Line Managers to have full access to the service, through which they can receive support across the complete range of employee-related issues.
