We offer three different tiers of HR and Employee Relations solutions, all of which will enable you to better manage and resolve Employee Relations issues as they happen:

  1. A Triage Based Approach enables your more senior managers, HR professionals and regional managers to contact and utilise the HR and Employee Relations advice service.
  2. A Case Based Approach provides access for all of your Line Managers to the HR and Employee Relations advice service, however, they would be limited as to the types of issues and cases that they can use the service for guidance and support on.
  3. A Full-Service Approach is the most common approach preferred by our customers, as it enables all Line Managers to have full access to the service, through which they can receive support across the complete range of employee-related issues.

All three options will provide your business with expert advice and support which is both in line with your own policies, whilst being grounded in the best practice and employment law.

· Standard HR technology included.
· HR Administration and Employee Relations Advice facilitated through a designated HR inbox and phone line, on an ad hoc basis between the hours of 9 a.m. – 5.30 pm, Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom).
· HR administration and Employee Relations Advice delivered remotely from our HR delivery centre in Northamptonshire.
· As your team grows or shrinks, we can expand or contract the HR solution to meet your requirements (within the agreed notice period).
· Discounts are available for longer term contracts.
· Additional services available on preferential rate card for HRO customers (i.e. Recruitment, Learning and Development, Outplacement).
