The Curve Group is a leading, privately owned provider of recruitment and HR outsourcing and consultancy services. Established in 2004, we began as a specialist Executive Search agency, focussed on matching top talent with businesses and delivering excellent client and candidate experiences. In 2013 we began to launch our outsourcing solutions, having recognised a gap in the market for credible and configurable, high-touch yet cost-effective recruitment and HR outsourcing services.

Our Chief Operating Officer joined The Curve Group as a Resourcing Consultant, she now runs all of our operations.
