Our proven process entails the following 5 steps:
1. Pre-Search
We define the role specifics, key skills, and compensation, confirm the approach, milestones, and diversity goals, create the job description, and agree on the search strategy and interview criteria.
2. Mapping and Sourcing
We conduct a bespoke market mapping exercise within the target companies, markets, and individual lists, leveraging online research, industry platforms, and networking sites to identify potential candidates.
3. Engagement, Screening and Selection
We conduct an initial sift of CVs/profiles against the job specification, followed by discreet approaches to potential candidates. Suitable candidates are screened via Teams/phone for competency and skills, with shortlisted candidates progressing to a second interview for a biographical, motivational, and attitudinal assessment. Finally, we present the shortlisted candidates.
4. Assessment
We manage all candidate communications and logistics, including confirming assessment locations, timescales, format, and supporting information, as well as coordinating psychometric or other assessments if required.
5. Offer Management
We manage all post-assessment communications to candidates, including offers and declines, and hand over to the relevant internal party to begin the onboarding process. Pre-employment screening can also be conducted if required.
