Our client, an international industrial Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organisation provide a range of technology-enabled, market leading outsourced procurement services, solving complex manufacturing, assembly and processing operations challenges for an impressive range of clientele including AstraZeneca, Sanofi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Nestle and Morrisons.
Recruitment had always been managed in-house by an internal team, however following significant investment into the business in 2014, the organisation needed to rapidly increase the capacity and capabilities of their recruitment function in order to secure the talent required to execute its ambitious growth plans and generate a return on investment.
As we had been providing ad-hoc, on-demand recruitment support to the business for a number of years and were well known by the business, we were engaged to develop and implement a new Recruitment Process Outsource (RPO) solution in order to provide the organisation with the longer-term recruitment expertise and provision they required.
Since 2014, we have been providing the organisation with an RPO solution to cater for and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all hires both in the UK and Europe. A hybrid, multi-disciplinary delivery team manages all hiring across all levels and sources, including a direct delivery model, internal mobility and referral programmes and utilisation of selected second tier agencies. As well as delivering the tactical recruitment activities required, the dedicated delivery team also provide the organisation with strategic insights, consultancy and support to improve their recruitment process, workforce planning and employer brand strategies to ensure they can continue to compete in a tight talent market.
The flexible and scalable RPO partnership has provided the organisation with a recruitment solution that has been able to truly adapt to changing business needs over the years.
