The Future of BPO

The latest edition of Outsource magazine has hit the desks and our very own co-owner Jeanette Ramsden is featured in it. Jeanette is amongst 40 industry visionaries that have been asked to map out the likely future of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing). Having worked in this sector for 15 years Jeanette’s view is that it will go from strength to strength as companies will increase outsourcing of non-core activities, be it with large scale outsource firms or niche players. She also identifies that digital will be one of the growth areas for outsourcing in the future with many more companies outsourcing their social media and the measurement of digital campaigns.
