The Curve Group strengthens its RPO and MSP offering with new appointment

Miles McLeod Appointed as Head of Client Solutions.

Leading recruitment outsourcing and HR services company, The Curve Group, has appointed Miles McLeod as Head of Client Solutions.

He joins the leadership team from his most recent role as Vice President EMEA at Pontoon Solutions, the recruitment outsourcing division of the Adecco Group, with the remit of consulting with new and existing clients to create innovative solutions to their human capital needs and challenges.

McLeod has over twenty years experience in the HR services sector and brings a wealth of operational and commercial experience to the business. In his career he has worked with some of the world’s most prestigious and complex client organisations to deliver multi-country outsourcing solutions and has held leadership roles in both start-up and Fortune 500 companies such as the Adecco Group, Hudson (where he was the Head of Sales for UK&I) and Robert Walters Plc.
