The Curve Group Named in Top 50 UK Most Disruptive Companies Report

Recruitment Outsourcing Specialists The Curve Group, who are The Talent Management Superheroes in Business and Financial Services, were announced last night as one of the UK’s 50 Most Disruptive Businesses by Real Business Magazine and sponsor Everline.

The listing encompasses every industry and sector across the UK so sees The Curve Group listed amongst other disruptors such as leisure business Pay as U gym, energy company Flow and funding platform provider CrowdCube. The Curve Group have been noted for their positively disruptive practices particularly in the Recruitment and Talent Management Outsource sector where they have removed anti-competitive clauses from all supplier terms and introduced full financial transparency and profit-share structures to their clients.

This accolade comes just weeks after recruitment industry association CEO Ann Swain was quoted as follows:
