The Curve Group Launches Workforce Transformation Services to Employers of Self-Employed Workers

Leading recruitment and HR services outsourcing company, The Curve Group, have launched further support services today to employers who use self-employed workers. The package of support ranges from a dedicated information website page, a series of case studies and thought leadership articles, a dedicated LinkedIn Group for employers of self-employed workers and a National series of breakfast seminars to provide advice and information to troubled employers.

The Curve Group are currently delivering the largest UK workforce transformation project of its kind, migrating 4,800 self-employed workers into an employed model for a FTSE 100 Financial Services Provider. This project has involved interviewing over 20,000 candidates, on-boarding some 3,000 Customer Experience Managers across the UK and delivering a training program to employees at every level in the new structure which amounts to over 17,000 delegate training days.

The Curve Group’s Workforce Transformation solutions support organisations of all sizes and can take two forms:

  • Project delivery to transition self-employed workers into an employed operating model, including the delivery of all recruitment, assessment, on-boarding and training activity required
  • Delivery and management of self-employed workforces in a risk-free and optimised manner as part of an on-going Managed Service solution
