The Curve Group Achieve Full Supplier Organisation Accreditation Status Under the Financial Services Supplier Qualification System (FSQS)

Posted on March 15, 2018

The FSQS accreditation mark is a quality endorsement administered by independent, third party, Hellios Information Management Ltd and is recognised by a number of the world’s leading Banking and Financial Services organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, Metro Bank, Santander, TSB, Nationwide and LV=.

The system provides buyer organisations with the surety that accredited suppliers have provided compliance and assurance documentation in the areas outlined below, which has subsequently been independently verified and authorised to confirm that it meets the benchmark standards required. Supplier data is collected and held on a single supplier platform which is then accessible to multiple buyer organisations as requested.

  • Anti-bribery
  • Sanctions
  • Remuneration
  • Customer Treatment
  • Anti Money Laundering
  • Whistle Blowing
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Insurance and third-party certification
  • GDPR
  • Information Security

FSQS has been built to streamline the procurement process and reduce time to contract whilst at the same time ensure standards are maintained and risk is managed appropriately.

Lyndsey Simpson, CEO of The Curve Group comments:  “As experts within the Financial Services industry, we appreciate that the regulated environment in which our clients are operating in is becoming increasingly more complex. Therefore we are very aware of the important role we play as a supplier in proving that our service offerings are underpinned by robust, quality and ethical business practices, thereby minimising risk to our customers. Our participation in FSQS is a tangible example of our ongoing commitment in this area and we feel very strongly that the introduction of this system will have a positive impact on both buyer and supplier organisations going forward.”
