LaSer UK is a leading provider of consumer finance, loyalty and data services for over 200 nationally recognised UK business partners. They have over 4 million customers and their products and services include credit cards, loans, loyalty programmes and retail finance. They are growing rapidly and employ over 800 people in the UK and Ireland.

The Scenario

The Recruitment Process Outsourcing partnership between LaSer UK and The Curve Group was established in 2011. The RPO was seeking to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process and of the volume and quality of candidates available to LaSer UK as it experienced significant growth. However, having made these substantial improvements both in quality and efficiency, the challenge was to continue to make improvements now that the big wins had been achieved. This required even greater emphasis on working in partnership and strategic thinking.
