It’s all about the people

I should probably get this out straight away – I care about people, I love the way that people work with a business and I get really frustrated when I see people not working together. Hopefully having got this “out there” you will read on. Why the HR bias? Well the early part of my career was spent in HR and this grounding has never left me.
Working at Sodexo I saw how much fun the operators were having, owning their own P&L’s, running big teams, lots of client interaction, and decided I wanted some of that! So I made the move from HR into Operations, and spent 10 years in a variety of different roles all around sport and leisure, GM of Silverstone being a highlight before taking on my last role as Logistics Production Director for the group.
