Recruitment Process Outsource Client IESA – Returning Staff Member Case Study

An example of such an instance, is the creation of this case study for our long-term Recruitment Process Outsource Client IESA. IESA is an international industrial Business Process Outsourcing organisation that provides integrated supply chain solutions ranging from procurement, finance and operations, through an award-winning, cloud based technology platform. We have been delivering an RPO to IESA since 2013 and have recently extended and expanded our partnership for a further five years.

As IESA continues to thrive and grow, they are regularly recruiting for additional staff members to support their new blue-chip client base. Buyers at IESA play a key role in the delivery of services to these clients and are therefore pivotal to the organisation’s delivery model.

When a returning Buyer decided to re-join IESA after a year out of the business, we knew there was a great story there which could support future recruitment into the role so we created a bespoke case study for the IESA team to use.
