Another exciting few months at The Curve Group!

We’ve announced a new blended HRO and RPO Solution for Gatehouse Bank; an exciting new RPO partnership with Aldermore Bank; A 5 year extension with our existing client IESA and a delivery of a new HRO solution for CivilisedBank.

CEO, Lyndsey Simpson presented on how to be a Magnet for Talent© at Talent Leaders Connect ‘Putting the Sizzle Back in the City’ event and we welcomed Simon Pridgeon, The Curve Group’s new Head of Client HR and Support Services.

New Contracts

The Curve Group, announced that it has entered into an exciting partnership with Gatehouse Bank to provide a combined end-to-end, HR and Recruitment Outsource Solution.

Under the new contract, The Curve Group will provide a comprehensive HR solution encompassing all aspects of Talent Management from advising their Head of HR on the overarching People Strategy, undertaking HR administration, providing dedicated first line support for all employees, recruitment and onboarding activities and delivering learning and development solutions. The end-to-end solution is underpinned by a robust account management model and a focus on continuous improvement.


The Curve Group have entered into an exciting partnership with Aldermore Group PLC to provide them with an end-to-end, bespoke Recruitment Process Outsource Solution.

The Recruitment Process Outsource Solution encompasses all levels of role throughout the entire recruitment process including pre-employment screening and internal mobility management. The solution is underpinned by The Curve Group’s market leading Magnet For Talent© candidate attraction tactics to ensure that the best Talent in the market is attracted to work for Aldermore, thereby building the workforce needed to enable the realisation of the Bank’s ambitious business targets over the coming years.

 


We have signed a new 5 year contract with existing partner IESA to provide them with an expanded Recruitment Process Outsource (RPO) solution for a further 5 years.

We have been delivering an RPO to IESA since 2013 and the new 5 year contract will see the scope of services provided by The Curve Group expanded significantly to include delivery of recruitment activities for the graduate LIFT programme and Apprenticeship schemes as well as provision of overseas recruitment across Europe, supporting IESA with their international expansion.

 

We have entered into an exciting partnership with CivilisedBank to provide them with a bespoke HR Outsource solution.

The HR Outsource solution includes strategic HR advice, providing dedicated Line Manager support via The Curve Group’s HR Shared Service Centre and a comprehensive Learning and Development programme, as well as undertaking compliance assurance activities.

Lyndsey Simpson, CEO of The Curve Group presented at Talent Leaders Connect, London – ‘Putting the Sizzle Back in the City.’ Lyndsey was joined by Chris Penny, Managing Director of Howell Penny – together they delivered a dynamic presentation on ‘How to use multi-channel digital campaigns to transform your company into a Magnet for Talent©’.
Lyndsey and Chris’s presentation demonstrated how The Curve Group’s innovative Magnet For Talent© candidate attraction approach enables us to attract the best talent in the market for our clients, utilising a broad range of sourcing channels to deliver a tangible uplift in their talent by strengthening their Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

Lyndsey Simpson, CEO of The Curve Group was interviewed in one of VoxMarkets ‘Business Lives’ Podcasts. The interview includes an insight into Lyndsey’s academic life, how she achieved her high-flying career in banking at such a young age, why The Curve Group was formed and how the business rose again after the recession.

Lyndsey also Featured in the May issue of Director Magazine, contributing to the ‘Ask the Execs’ feature. Lyndsey offers insight and advice on how to stand-out in a crowded digital start-up landscape by taking a different approach from larger competitors.

Lyndsey was also interviewed by Becky Wilson from Recruitment International about The Curve Group winning the award for ‘Most Innovative Recruitment Company’. In the article Lyndsey discusses how The Curve Group was originally set up 14 years ago, still remains privately owned and how we have grown our turnover to £16 million this past year.

New Appointments
The Curve Group Strengthened its HR and Outsource Offering with New ExCo Appointment. Simon Pridgeon is appointed as Head of Client HR and Support Services. Simon joins The Curve Group’s leadership team to oversee delivery of the innovative HR solutions and services for which The Curve Group is renowned.

Simon has over twenty years’ experience in the HR services sector and brings a wealth of operational and commercial skills to the business following senior leadership roles at Reed, BPP and Capita, where he held both COO and MD responsibilities across Capita Talent Partnerships and Capita Learning Services. Throughout his career, Simon has worked with a broad range of private and public sector clients on some of the most complex and innovative outsourced projects and services and has been at the forefront of the development of large-scale, HR, L&D and workforce transformation programmes.
