The Curve Group Offers Apprenticeships in Recruitment

Posted on July 2, 2014

Applications are now open at the leading HR services company, offering an 18 month apprenticeship scheme, leading to a Business Administration qualification.

The Curve Group, whose head office is based in Northamptonshire, is looking for four apprentices to join its growing recruitment teams. The paid apprenticeship scheme is open for school leavers who are looking to start a career in recruitment. All applicants must be available for July interviews to start their placement in November.

Della Wolfe, co-owner of The Curve Group said:

“The opportunity to land a paid job straight out of school is becoming increasingly difficult, with un-paid internships becoming a more accepted method of employment for those who are looking to start a career. We have found that offering a placement where the new employee can gain experience, learn on the job and earn a wage provides an authentic and more ethical way to work, with the end result proving more productive for both employee and employer.”

The Curve Group is made up of five different businesses, Curve Search, Curve Recruiting, Curve HR Consulting, Curve RPO and Curve Contractors. The apprenticeship opportunities will be focused within one of The Curve Group’s recruitment teams. Successful applicants will learn to engage in search campaigns to generate quality candidates, as well as assess candidate suitability for jobs. The paid scheme also incorporates a Business Administration qualification through Banbury and Bicester College, with apprentices given time in working hours to complete the course with the guidance of The Curve Group’s internal learning and development function.

An open evening is being held on Wednesday 9th July from 4pm-6pm at The Curve Group’s head office just outside Brackley, for those who wish to learn more about the opportunity. To apply or to attend the open day call 0845 450 6365 or email the Project Manager Amy Cookson for more information on
