I have been supporting Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clients at The Curve Group for over 12 years. During this time, I have come to understand and thrive in their fast-paced environment.

As BPOs are often driven by investments from private equity firms, there is additional pressure to provide a high quality of service and push for business growth. With the energy, drive and pace inside these organisations, no two days are the same. I’m regularly faced with new and exciting challenges and find that the pressurised environments keep my energy in focus.

Variety is compelling to me, and the take-no-prisoners, vibrant and resilient characters I come across bring a range of specialist vision to the table. I get to know our clients, their aims, and this vision in significant detail, working at a strategic level with senior stakeholders and C-Suite to help bring it to life.

Although I enjoy the environment within BPOs, they are not the right fit for everyone, and this can certainly make recruitment more challenging. With limited talent pools, inefficient recruitment processes, sizable growth aspirations and immense pressure from the top, internal teams often feel overwhelmed and uncertain of how to drive the business forwards.
