Background 

Aldermore is a relative newcomer to the Banking Industry and specialises in providing specialist finance to small and medium size businesses as well as savings and mortgage products to the general population. It was founded in 2009 through the merging of a number of smaller organisations and now operates from ten regional offices across the UK and is growing rapidly.
