Her rapid and strong progression through the world of business is mirrored with her formal education, including qualifications from the British Psychological Society. As HR Director for a leading BPO provider, she was part of the executive team responsible for doubling the size of the business before successful sale to a VC. With experience working in both the Public and Private Sectors previously, along with Della, she set up what is now The Curve Group in 2004. Jeanette is 100% passionate about helping people and she gets enormous enjoyment from seeing them develop and grow in an organisation. She is honest, confident, energetic, dynamic and impatient (in a good way!). It means she commands great respect in business and her opinions are coveted.
