Della combines a remarkable background of commercial successes, with a broad academic grounding, including formal CIPD and BSI Quality Auditing qualifications. Serving the Sodexho group for nine years, she has managed operations, HR and logistics for many high-profile attractions including Silverstone Race Circuit & The Chelsea Flower Show. Before setting up The Curve Group with Jeanette, she was Operations Director for Leicester City Football Club, where she was responsible for 400% increased profitability within catering operations, contributing 25% of the total net commercial turnover. Della’s incredible enthusiasm and work ethic never ceases to amaze us. She’s a brilliant idea-generator with a really positive, colourful outlook and a genuine passion for customer service. Inherently bossy, Della likes nothing better than being the social secretary ensuring that her friends and colleagues have a packed social diary. |
