Luke Windeatt-Dickens is appointed as Client Solutions Director.

Leading recruitment outsourcing and HR services company, The Curve Group, has appointed Luke Windeatt-Dickens into the key role of Client Solutions Director. His primary focus will be on end-to-end sales process management, growing the multiple service lines the group delivers, all while offering insight, expertise and thought-leadership in the talent and human capital management space.

Windeatt-Dickens brings extensive, end-to-end knowledge in recruitment outsourcing to The Curve Group. He has secured multiple agreements in his previous roles, across several industries, in both RPO and MSP, engaging with numerous senior stakeholders. As such, he has a panache for understanding barriers to success and consults and advises, helping organisations overcome very particular challenges.
