Posted on March 21, 2017

The Curve Group, one of the UK’s fastest-growing Recruitment and HR Outsourcing companies, announces today that it has completed a business reorganisation, a brand re-fresh and has launched 3 new service lines. The company has restructured its business into four divisions: Recruitment Process Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing, Recruitment on Demand and HR on Demand.

In addition, the company has launched an exciting new website, redesigned their social media profiles and shared their Quest: ‘To Create Extraordinary People Solutions That Transform Working Lives’.

The Curve Group, which has grown by 52% over the last 24 months with a turnover of £16m, plans to maintain its impressive growth by implementing 3 significant additions to its service offering:

  • Launch of an affordable, scalable, HR Outsource solution to SME companies, providing them with a dedicated HR team covering all facets of HR in the exact mix and quantity required
  • Creation of a wrapper around all Outsource services to provide a unique Magnet for Talent© strategy for each client and the delivery of Employee Stickability© programmes to deliver enhanced engagement and retention of talent
  • Expansion of RPO services to include a suite of Project Outsource solutions to help mid-market to large companies manage either short-term recruitment or HR challenges or complement in-house teams

Relating to point 3 above, The Curve Group has just announced that it has been appointed to provide Project Recruitment and Training Outsource services to Provident Personal Credit Limited, which is part of FTSE100 company Provident Financial Group. The Curve Group will be managing a large-scale campaign for the business; assisting it in transitioning from a self-employed agent model by engaging and on-boarding 3,000 permanent employed Customer Experience Managers across the UK & Ireland. In addition, they are also providing internal mobility, event and venue management services and delivering over 17,000 delegate training days.

Lyndsey Simpson, Co-Owner, The Curve Group comments: “This really is an exciting time for The Curve Group as we have been testing these changes and new services on our existing client base over the last few months with phenomenal feedback. We are delighted to now launch them into the public domain enabling us to transform even more working lives.”
